BSP MP Tatyana Doncheva: NMSP Tries Futile Attempts to Emancipate from the Coalition

Iva Nikolova | 20.02.2009 15:12MPs from the National Movement for Stability and Prosperity (NMSP) deny for the third day in a row now to sign the amendments to the Conflict of Interests Law discussed and approved by the working group as early as Wednesday, although they were the ones to pose the issue of its rapid adoption at the session of the tripartite coalition Political Council on February 13, in the Lozenetz residency. The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) suspects NMSP’s keeping quiet is in result of the party’s attempts to emancipate from the ruling coalition before the election thus creating itself the image of a rebel against the policy of BSP and ethnically Turkish Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) . Yet BSP are determined to table the low in the near days so that it gets adopted by end-March.
