SCAN Agency: 36% Bulgarians Vote on July 5
CEDB, BSP, Attack, MRF, the Blue Coalition, are sure to send MEPs. Meglena Kuneva best liked for Bulgaria’s representative in Brussels, but her NMSP party only gathers 1.6%
Bugaria News | 02.06.2009 20:2136% of Bulgaria’s voters declare they would vote at the European Parliament election, shows a survey of polling agency SCAN conducted May 15-21, 2009. According to the data, election attendance will be by some 10% higher as compared to the first MEPs election in Bulgaria in 2007, when it reached 28.6%. Thus it will equal the average levels of election attendance in the other EU member states. The attendance expected in the rest countries comes to some 34%. Mindsets for the national parliament election strongly reflect these for the European, with the difference that those voting for the 41st National Assembly will be 41.7%, and the hesitating are almost 45%. Some 15% will not vote for sure. CEDB and BSP lead again. OLJ has some chances to enter the 41st parliament.
