With more precise statistics and if all who are truly unemployed register, unemployment will reach 10% at year-end. October and November will be difficult and the new government, whatever its makeup, will face very serious challenges. People should not move thoughtlessly from one fund to another because this adds up to non-confidence and additional expenses. We should stop relying on some magic wand and bet on a single solution. There is no panacea in social insurance, balance should be stroke.
